Each project reflects my focus on structure, clarity, and thoughtful execution behind the scenes.
As Product Owner of Wunder’s in-house website redesign (Nov 2023 – Dec 2024), I led the project with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach – from early planning to final launch. I collaborated closely with the Head of Marketing to identify content needs and translate them into actionable backlog items. Working within a Scrum framework, I attended daily stand-ups, ensured team alignment, performed all testing, and maintained clear, ongoing communication with stakeholders. My focus on structure, clarity, and coordination was key in driving the project forward and delivering results smoothly.
As part of Wunder’s internal communication improvement initiative, I led a comprehensive UX research project (Jan 2022 – Jul 2022) aimed at redesigning the company intranet into a central, user-friendly information hub. The goal was to increase engagement, reduce Slack noise, and ensure easy access to relevant content. I conducted data analysis, user surveys, and persona creation; defined KPIs; tested menu structures; developed low-fidelity wireframes; and ran usability testing sessions. Collaborating closely with the HR department, I delivered actionable insights, content structure recommendations, and frameworks – laying a strong foundation for a future user-centered intranet experience.
As Brand Manager at Wunder (Feb 2021 – Dec 2024), I played a central role in developing and maintaining the company’s brand identity. In close collaboration with the Head of Marketing and our designer, I helped shape the overall brand concept and define clear, actionable brand guidelines. My role included ensuring brand consistency across all materials – from printed banners, giveaways, and office design to digital assets like Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets templates. I also led internal communication around the brand and worked to foster a strong sense of brand ownership across the entire team.
With years of experience in end-to-end event planning and execution, I’ve successfully managed a variety of professional gatherings – from international tech conferences to civic forums and internal company retreats. My responsibilities have included everything from strategy and logistics to speaker coordination, promotion, scenario planning, and hands-on practicalities, always ensuring a seamless experience for both organizers and participants.
Notable events I’ve led include DrupalCamp Baltics events in Riga (2016 and 2019), Share IT conferences for IT professionals in Vidzeme (2019, 2021, and 2022), three editions of WunderCon – Wunder’s annual internal event – and others. Across all of these, I’ve been the go-to person for both internal and external communication, translating big-picture goals into concrete actions and detailed planning.
